The situation
Tryouts for the school basketball team ended today, and the list just went up outside the gym.
- Teammate: Yo, list is up by the gym.
- You: Wait, really? Already?
- Friend: Yeah, come on. Let's look before everyone crowds around.
- You: Man... my stomach just dropped.
- Friend: You're fine, bro. Let's just go.
Your name is not on it. Two of your friends made the team, and you want to hide.
What would you do?
- Feel disappointed, then talk to the coach about what to work on.
- Tell everyone the team is stupid and quit playing.
